Sponsored by the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs of the U.S. Department of State, the Award is designed to be the most prestigious international scholarship in science and technology. International Fulbright Science and Technology Award recipients come from all regions of the world and engage in a wide-range of scientific inquiry.
