Pasqualetti speaks at Council of State Governments (West) annual meeting

Professor Mike Pasqualetti was an invited speaker at the North America Summit II, held in Santa Fe, New Mexico on Oct. 5.  The summit was the theme of the 62nd annual meeting of the Council of State Governments (West), an organization of legislators from the 13 western states, plus representatives from Mexico and the western provinces of Canada.  Dr. Pasqualetti's presentation concentrated on continental energy resources and strategies to achieve independence.
