Recent Arizona Professional Experience:
- Arizona Corporation Commission (ACC) Project Manager - Implementation of ESRI ArcGIS Server Enterprise Level software including appropriate training, documentation, and customization. Phase 1, AMEC converted thousands of utility records maintained in AutoCAD to an ESRI file based geodatabase along with several raster and vector base data layers. Phase 2, installed ArcGIS Server 9.3, and developed a custom map viewer to meet specific business needs.
- Town of Queen Creek 5-Year GIS Strategic Plan Project Manager - Coordination with five (5) departments. A formal review of all existing GIS data and business applications. Final deliverable included formal business recommendations and a 5-Year phased budget. The final presentation of the plan was approved by Town Council in March, 2008.
- City of Phoenix, Environmental and Planning Division Project Manager - Performing ongoing mapping and database support activities. Specific services include a formal database assessment, quarterly database assimilation from various entities, a custom ArcGIS Server portal for information consumption, and GeoPDF products for data dissemination.
