Research Activities:

SEI(GEO) Visual Geo-Analystics: Develops modeling and visualization tools that will contribute to planning a better future for urban environments. Uses new methods to model a visualization and specify how large sets of objects can be aggregated when the scale of the visualization changes. [Funded by National Science Foundation]

Advancing watershed N management at the local level: Incorporating stream reach ecosystem N sinks into an environmental spatial decision support system : Translates understanding of nitrogen sinks into an Environmental Spatial Decision Support System to improve the capacity of local decision makers [Funded by University of Rhode Island]
