Urban Planning (Minor)

The planning minor introduces you to the field of urban, regional and environmental planning. You can select courses that include:

  • comprehensive planning
  • planning law
  • public policy formulation
  • site planning
  • socioeconomic and environmental analyses
  • sustainable planning
  • urban design

Many students continue to specialize in planning at the graduate level. In the minor, you'll be exposed to the theories, methods and practices of the profession.
