  • US Bureau of Land Management - Here's a flyer with a host of links for entry-level environmental jobs of all kinds
  • Environment America - National environmental advocacy organization with entry-level positions in Arizona and many other states
  • Josh's Water Jobs - A listing of water-related jobs in the US and throughout the world. Includes option to sign up for a weekly email that sorts new positions by required experience -- including "0 to 5 yrs"

  • Green Dream Jobs - Jobs, organizations, internships & volunteer opportunities focused on renewable and clean energy, green building, and sustainability
  • Green Schools Listserv, GRNSCHL-L - GRNSCH-L is a mailing list for the discussion of university and college efforts to reduce environmental impacts. The list is often used to announce open positions relating to sustainability, at universities & colleges. To subscribe, send an email message to listserv@brownvm.brown.edu, with SUBSCRIBE GRNSCH-L [your name] as the body of the note.
  • Americorps.gov - Portal for 3 federal programs:  AmeriCorps State and National, AmeriCorps VISTA, and AmeriCorps NCCC (National Civilian Community Corps).  Part-time and full-time positions serve US communities in areas ranging from community development to conservation.  Stipend and loan repayment offered.
  • Elance - A site where companies post projects for which they'd like to hire freelancers, and freelancers can respond to those that interest them. Project types include web and mobile development, writing, and data science.
  • Guide to Public Service - Public service careers include positions with the government, nonprofits, non-government organizations, and in education. This resource will help you explore career paths in all these areas. Visit this web site to learn about employment opportunities, internships, and volunteer work and get insight from public service experts.
